Refund policy
We value you as a customer and understand that sometimes you may need to return a product for various reasons. With this in mind, we try to make this process as easy and transparent as possible.
- By ordering from our website, you agree that you can return or exchange the product(s) within 30 days of your purchase.
- Proof of purchase will be required with the returned product for refund or exchange.
- If the product is damaged or soiled upon return, you will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement. For this reason, we recommend that you use a trusted courier provider to return your purchase to us in the same condition as it was sold.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to The Run Hub.
- For in-store purchases, we offer customers the options of an exchange or credit note only.
- Refunds for online purchases can only be processed if the product is returned to our Ashtown store, Dublin, D15Y577.
- Online returns are to be approved in writing by emailing sales@therunhub.ie before returning your purchase.
- Refunds for online purchases will be issued within 7 days of goods returned, subject to the above conditions.
- Online returns for exchange can be returned to any store. We advise that you call the store in advance to ensure the size you require to exchange for is in stock.
- During exceptional circumstances there may be a delay in processing online returns. This will only occur if circumstances outside of our control inhibit our normal business operations.
- Returns will be processed via the same method as the original form of payment
- Please be mindful that some payment providers may take longer than others to refund funds to your account.
