E-Commerce Assistant
The Run Hub is Ireland's leading Running Specialist Retailer.
We are looking for a candidate that is up to speed with the latest Shopify trends, but also one who will bring a fun and creative element to the role.
Working alongside the e-commerce team, this fast paced role will be central to the smooth running of our online store operations on a daily basis. The right candidate will also be given a high level of autonomy to evolve this role into a more senior position as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Website product management - Set up new product on our POS system and migrate this information to customer facing product pages on Shopify.
- Assist in maintaining website architecture via ongoing category management and correct product placement.
- Assist the e-commerce team with the development of website UX through a mixture of landing and brand page visual creatives.
- Streamline product imagery from multiple suppliers for consistent presentation across our website.
- Support the team with creation of new concepts for digital marketing.
- Create organic product imagery. Experience with Photoshop or Canva would be preferred.
- Support the team in the planning, customisation and implementation of mail marketing campaigns in line with seasonal product demands.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in running product.
- Good knowledge of best practices in website design and UX with a particular emphasis on Shopify platforms.
- Retail experience and preferably with knowledge of retail POS system integrations with Shopify.
- Experience of working in a team focusing on design and implementation of mail marketing campaigns (preferably Klayvio).
- Commercial awareness of business seasonality.
- An understanding of promotional campaign requirements by working in a team environment.
- Experience of navigating a CRM to extract information relevant to specific target groups.
