Once a Pre-Order item is dispatched, you will recieve a shipping update via email with a Tracking Reference included.

Delays: If for any reason, the expected dispatch date is delayed, you will be contacted via email or via the contact number on your order.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

When:

Orders received before 2.30pm will receive same day dispatch subject to stock availability.  Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day. 

How Much:

Purchases over €95 will have free delivery, whereas purchases below €95 are subject to a €4.50 charge. European deliveries are subject to a €10 fee.

UK (Great Britain) Orders – Customs Charges:

Orders shipped to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

This means import duties, customs charges and UK VAT may be applied by UK customs and are payable by the customer before delivery.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside of our
control.

The Run Hub is unable to estimate, refund or reimburse any customs charges incurred.

Please note: Where a UK (Great Britain) order is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, a €25 restocking and administration fee will be deducted from any refund issued. This fee covers return shipping, customs handling, and processing costs incurred.

Our Shipping Partners:

We use both DPD and An Post as our delivery partners. While we aim to get all customers their shipment within 24 hours of ordering, however we do have exceptions.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Ireland and if you have not received your order by this time please contact us by emailing sales@therunhub.ie referencing the order confirmation number.

Click and Collect:

Orders placed before 4pm will be ready for same day collection in our Coolmine store.  If you wish for a product to be collected from another store, then we may need to carry out an inter-store transfer and we ask that you allow additional time for this to be processed and ready.  You will receive a confirmation mail/call to notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Import duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately if applicable. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances

Disclaimer:

The Run Hub will not be held responsible for any delays encountered by DPD or An Post.  We strive to get most orders out with next day delivery, but at times our courier partners may experience delays within their own service.   If you are contacted by DPD/An Post personnel and you request delivery to an alternative address to that submitted with your order, you do so at your own risk.  The Run Hub will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to deliveries in this case.

Product Guarantee:

In the unlikely case that you find a fault with your product, please return it to us with a note detailing the issue.  If we find a manufacturing, fault we will happily replace it or refund you.  We aim to deal with returns within 2-3 days of receiving them.  For some faulty returns we may need to seek the opinion of the respective brand.  We will advise you of this referral and the additional timeframe that may be required.  Your statutory rights will not be affected

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS ↩

We value you as a customer and understand that sometimes you may need to return a product for various reasons. With this in mind, we aim to make this process as clear and transparent as possible.

By ordering from our website, you acknowledge your right under Irish and EU consumer law to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges requested outside this statutory period will not be accepted unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Proof of purchase will be required with any returned product for refund or exchange.

If the product is returned damaged, worn, or soiled, a charge may be applied to cover the cost of repair, replacement, or loss in value. For this reason, we recommend using a trusted courier provider and returning your purchase in the same condition as it was sold.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning items to The Run Hub, except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

For in-store purchases, we offer customers the option of an exchange or credit note only. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind in-store purchases.

Refunds for online purchases can only be processed once the product has been returned to our Coolmine store, Dublin (D15 KT72).

Refunds for online purchases will be issued within 7 days of the goods being returned, subject to the above conditions, and will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note that some payment providers may take longer than others to return funds to your account.

Online returns for exchange may be returned to any store. We advise that you contact the store in advance to ensure the size or product you wish to exchange for is in stock.

During exceptional circumstances, there may be a delay in processing online returns. This will only occur where circumstances outside of our control affect our normal business operations.

Click & Collect

For click and collect shopping, please select ‘collect in store' from the delivery options at cart. 

  • When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
  • We will then call you to confirm when it is ready for collection in store. 
  • Orders are normally available within a few hours, but occasionally it could take 1-2 working days if we need to transfer a product from another shop. 

We will hold your order in store for a maximum of 3 days - if you do not collect your order within this time-frame, we will give you a reminder call allowing for another 3 days for collection.
