Web Return Policy
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Include a note with your Online Order Number (found on your order confirmation email) and a reason for the return.
- Returns are the customer’s responsibility until received at The Run Hub Coolmine.
- We recommend a tracked service (courier or registered post) to avoid loss or damage in transit.
- You can also return via our DPD Returns Portal (see link above).
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
How it works
- Request: Open the DPD portal and enter your order details.
- Pack: Use the original box/bag where possible and include your packing slip.
- Send: Choose a DPD drop-off point; print and affix the label as instructed.
- Process: We’ll inspect your item within 2–3 working days of receipt and email you.

How can I return my order?
SHIP IT TO US
Safely package your order up in a suitable shipping receptacle in it's original unused, unworn and undamaged condition. Don't forget to add a note with your Online Order Number included. (This can be found in your Order Confirmation Email.)

Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring we receive their return, including any costs incurred in shipping an order back to us. We recommend using a Tracked Option, should you wish to use an alternative Shipping Service. The Run Hub will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged items in transit.
DROP IT IN
Should you wish to physically drop-off a return an online order in-store you can do this at our Main Branch at the below address:

Please note that staff can accept online order returns at this address only.
Can I return on DPD Ireland?
Yes. We recommend that you please use our specific DPD Returns Portal by clicking the link below.
- Simply choose 'The Run Hub' from the Retailer drop-down menu
- Include your Order Number (you can find this on your Order Confirmation Email)
- Choose your reason for Returning
Input your parcel details, add your payment method and print out your shipping label and affix to the front of your return.
Drop off your DPD Return to any of DPD's 600 Pick-up Shops in Ireland.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring we receive their return, including any costs incurred in shipping an order back to us.
USING DPD RETURNS
We highly recommend using our DPD Returns Portal, as this has a flat rate fee of just €6.50 (up to 5kg) and already includes Tracking.
Please make sure you hold onto a copy of your DPD Shipping Receipt as proof of postage.
USING ANY OTHER SHIPPING PROVIDER
Should you wish to use an alternative Shipping Provider like An Post, UPS or Fastway, please opt for a Tracked Shipping Option.
The Run Hub will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged items in transit.

How long does it take?
Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your parcel, depending on which service you use.
Once we receive and check your return, we will then issue an exchange or refund depending on your instructions.
How will I know my Refund has been issued?
If you wish to get a refund for an online order, we will issue a refund against your order once the item has been checked over.
Once an online order has been refunded, you will receive a Refund Confirmation email in your inbox.
Refunds will only be issued via the original method of payment.
Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for online refunds to go trough your payment provider.
Once the refund is issued we have no control over how long it takes to go back into your bank account.
